Glenn Garrett - Guitar and Bass

Born in Sligo 1969. Glenn studied music in the Royal Irish Academy Dublin under the tutelage of Helmut Engemann. Since then he has toured both Europe and the U.S extensively with various artists as a session guitarist/bassist. Glenn has also composed music for film and television culminating in signing a contract with French publishing house Strictly Confidential. He also has vast live t.v and radio experience both at home and abroad, most notably Irish production “Other voices : Songs from A room” (2006). He has collaborated with an array of artists such as Brendan Perry (Dead Can Dance), Neil Conti (David Bowie/Prefab Sprout),Toby Pitman(Cat Stevens/George Michael),Steve Jansen(Japan) and Irish singer/ songwriter Perry Blake.

Glenn has been teaching privately for several years and with SCMS since late 2007.
